How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal using industry-standard encryption. Your full payment details are never stored on our servers.
All prices are listed in USD.
🚚 Shipping Information
How long does order processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing time is required before shipping.
Once shipped:
- Standard shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days (processing time not included)
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following business week.
We primarily ship using USPS.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
For most products, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.
To request an exchange:
- Email support@merakihealthy.com
- We will provide a return address
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products intended for health or personal use (including soaps, exfoliators, and skincare products) are not eligible for exchange.
What is your return policy?
For most products, we offer a 7-day return window.
Please note:
- Clearance and sale items are final sale
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Orders lost or stolen after delivery are not eligible for refunds
- Purchases made through unauthorized retailers do not qualify for returns or exchanges
Products intended for health or personal use are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns.
📦 Order Issues & Support
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please email support@merakihealthy.com with your order number. Our team will investigate as quickly as possible.
My package arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Email support@merakihealthy.com
- Include photos of the product and packaging
Damaged soaps are eligible for replacement at no additional cost. Photos of the outer shipping box are helpful if visible damage occurred during transit.
🧴 Product Usage & Shelf Life
How long should I use your products for best results?
For best results, we recommend using our products within 12 months. Over time, natural colors and fragrances may fade, but products remain effective beyond this period.
